Promoting the Property
- Professional Photography - Pictures help sell homes (especially on the Internet), so I will provide any recommendations I may have on preparing your home for sale. Once your home is ready to be put on the market, I'll hire a professional photographer who will take appealing photos of your home & a virtual tour.
- For Sale sign is placed at the front of your property with Full-color property brochures - I prepare a professional flyer that includes graphics and highlights of your home to distribute to the brokerage community and potential buyers.
- Full-Color Just Listed Postcards of your home will be designed and distributed to at least 250 of your surrounding neighbors through direct mail.
